This policy covers Sentra Security (the Discord bot) and the nyrx.dev dashboard, both operated by nyrx.dev.
Principle: minimal collection
Sentra Security only collects what a feature you have enabled needs in order to work. Turning a feature off stops the related collection. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
What we store
Server configuration — the settings you choose in the dashboard (enabled modules, roles, channels, rules text).
Moderation records — actions Sentra Security or your staff take (warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans) with their reason, so logs and appeals work.
Tickets — ticket metadata and, if you enable transcripts, message contents of ticket channels.
Roblox verification — the link between a Discord user and their verified Roblox account.
AI moderation — when enabled, message text is sent for review. Content is only stored if a message is flagged and delivered to your review channel.
Operational data — your server's ID, name, channel and role lists, and member count, used to render the dashboard.
What we do not do by default
With AI moderation off, Sentra Security does not inspect or retain message content. It does not log general chat, voice activity, presence, or typing.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Google Firebase. The dashboard is served from Cloudflare. Message review for AI moderation is processed by a third-party model provider and is not retained by them for training.
Retention
We keep server data while Sentra Security is in your server and for 30 days after it is removed, unless you delete it sooner. You can export or permanently delete your server's data from the dashboard at any time.
Your choices
Remove Sentra Security from your server to stop all collection immediately.
Export your server's data as JSON from the dashboard.
Delete your account from the dashboard's account settings — removes your dashboard account, saved preferences, sessions, and Roblox verification links.
Delete a server's data from the dashboard — wipes configuration, tickets, and moderation history for that server and removes Sentra Security from it.
Both deletions run after a 7-day grace period and can be cancelled from the dashboard at any point before then. Sentra Security sends you a Discord DM when a deletion runs.
Moderation records a server keeps about you (warnings, bans) belong to that server and are removed by deleting that server's data, not your account.
