Before you add Sentra Security.
Yes. Every module described here is free to use. Some larger features (like member appeals) are planned as premium later, but the core moderation, tickets, and verification stay free.
Sentra Security requests the permissions its actions need - manage roles for verification and autoroles, moderate members for timeouts and kicks, manage messages for the word filter, and read message content for AI moderation. You can review the exact set on the Discord invite screen before adding it.
Only features you turn on read content. AI moderation reviews message text against your rules; nothing is stored unless a message is flagged and sent to your review channel. With AI off, Sentra Security never inspects message content.
Yes - every module is independent. Run tickets and Roblox verification with the AI completely off, or use the classic word filter and automod instead.
Members verify through Roblox OAuth, then Sentra Security assigns your verified role and can sync Roblox group ranks to Discord roles automatically. Unverified members can be held in a restricted role.
Yes. Role permissions let you grant each staff role exactly the Sentra Security actions it should have - view logs only, warn but not ban, manage tickets, and so on.
Kick the bot to stop it immediately. From the dashboard's account settings you can delete your account or a whole server's data - both run after a 7-day grace period you can cancel, and Sentra Security DMs you when it happens. Server data can also be exported as JSON first.
